All our products are made and printed upon order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and color options before placing an order.

We do not accept exchanges for size or color preferences once the order has been confirmed.

Please note:

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or store error.

✅ Exchange is only accepted in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged or defective.
2. A wrong item was sent due to a store error.

✅ Exchange Conditions:

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We do not issue cash refunds. In approved cases, we offer store credit or a replacement.
• If the exchange is not due to a store error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

✅ How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Message us via WhatsApp and send a clear photo of the product showing the issue, along with a clear image of the invoice.
3. Our team will inspect the issue and determine if the item is eligible for exchange.
4. Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
